Wally Perschon

 

Wally Perschon is a graduate of the FBINAA 233rd Session, where he focused on Leadership and Domestic Terrorism. He served for 28 years with the Utah County Sheriff’s Office. He served in numerous leadership roles to include Division and Swat Commander. Wally’s favorite leadership assignment was his 8 years over their well-known Search and Rescue Team as documented in the PBS Production of “Search and Rescue.”

In 2006, he was deputized by the Wyoming Park County Sheriff's Office to help the Cody Police Department prepare for and run operations for the 2006 Hell’s Angel World Run.

Wally also served over 27 years as a Commander in the U.S. Army. He flew Apache AH-64 Helicopters in the Utah National Guard for 14 years and then served the last 13 years as a reservist with the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (SOCOM).

Wally was hired by AT&T in 2021 to be a Lead Executive in the FirstNet Public Sector for the Rocky Mountain Region. He loves keeping up on current technology and serving the First Responder Community.

Wally loves Travel, Backcountry Snowmobiling, Water Sports, Street Biking, Mountain Biking and Horseback Riding. He has 5 children and 8 grandchildren.
